Kris and his wife Emily married in the summer of 2013 and have been catering weddings for several years. They know, first and foremost, this is a special day for you. After all of the weddings they've done, they learned that the best meal is the one that reflects exactly who you are. Kris could give you a list of options and tout all of our top of the line choices, but he'd rather have a chance to sit down with you, hear your story as a couple and go from there.

This custom menu was developed by Chef Kris Utz from the bride and grooms favorite meals during the time they've been together.
This luxury five course 40 plate wedding was held at the Black Walnut Inn (Dundee, Oregon) in the late summer of 2013.
